Pizza Paradox

The next time you're down in Moab, and craving a pizza pie after a day's hike, I recommend heading to Paradox Pizza on Main Street. I should add, however, that I've never been to Paradox. ---
Why would I recommend a pizza place I've never set foot in? Well, my wife and kids were in Moab for a few days this week and ordered a takeout pizza from Paradox. She saved a slice for me and, I've gotta tell you, that 3-day-old, reheated slice o' pie was better than 95% of the fresh local pizzas I've tasted. It was remarkable. My wife also said they make the best garlic bread (ciabatta) she's ever had.
So, check out Paradox Pizza the next time you're in Moab. They deliver!
