Hello kissin' couples! I'd join you over by the Temple but I'm sure the Vigilanza would tazer me for having hair below my earlobes. Power to the puckers! Let's kick today off with a current look at the 337 Memorial Wall.

--- This week my Xbox 360 gets the purple heart for surviving two years and nine months without freaking out on me. But alas, this week while online it finally hit the dreaded Triple Red and has gone into a comatose state. I officially win the bet with all my other first-generation owners in that mine lasted the longest. With any luck Microsoft will be able to either repair it or send me a new one. ...And I can't believe I just typed that sentence up without laughing hysterically at the thought. Now I must go on the quest of finding a loner system for a month.

Quick apologies to those of you waiting to read about Red Rock Brewing, its not gonna happen. Originally when I approached them for an interview the marketing people and managers who gave me a tour for pictures were more than happy to help. Unfortunately, they were the only ones as it came to my attention that the owners have zero interest in doing an interview in any form. In other drinking news, every other brewery will now be getting any money I would have spent at Red Rock. For some reason their brews now taste like arrogance. Its a bitter-prune taste, doesn't go well with anything.

Turning to comics, if you haven't read all of David Chisholm's Let's Go To Utah, you now have an opportunity to catch up in a single book. All nine issues have been published into the big trade-paperback you see above, showcasing each of them in all their glory, along with early sketches, fan-art and promotional material. And hey, a picture I took of David is in the back. But the big reason I'm promoting it is because after only two weeks out, he's almost out of copies! Yeah, it's that popular, and there's no word as to whether he'll publish a second run of it or not. So if you're smart you'll grab a copy now while you can. As of when I type this you can find the remaining few at Blackcat Comics, Dr. Volts, Ken Sanders, Slowtrain, Positively 4th Street Music, or from David himself in person or on his website.

As for me, coming up the next few weeks I'll have interviews from Jam SLC, Gallery Stroll and Craft Sabbath to name a few, plus some surprises from local music and catching up with a topic from a prior Loop posting. As always gang, we'll see what happens.
