Gay Panic Defense Hits Texas

As yet more evidence of why life here is nicer than in Texas (e.g., our cops aren't Gestapo thugs) according to Fort Worth Police Chief Jeff Halstead, who has a very nice mustache, police there simply had to knock heads during a raid of a gay bar (on a night commemorating the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, no less!) because the cops were being looked at by bar patrons, and one may or may not even have been "groped"!
In fact, Halstead says, the cops showed great restraint, considering that they were surrounded by (gulp!) gay men, who, as we all know, are incapable of resisting guys in tight uniform pants.
Tell that to the folks who were slammed to the ground by a bunch of jackbooted thugs. Hey, chief, instead of a frou-frou rainbow-flag place, why not take it to a leather bar next time? The guys down at the Ramrod know how to take it and dish it out. See who comes out on top then, fuckers!
