Interns Gone Wild

As a cautionary tale for City Weekly's own blogging editorial interns, this Wednesday entry from ABC 4 reporter Chris Vanocur's blog on ABC4.com. Please to enjoy Amber, whom we believe to be 14.
Mr. Vanocur is busy today so I, Amber, will be writing his blog today. I'm an intern at ABC 4.
I
will first begin by saying that Mr. Vanocur is my hero. I have the
honor of having my desk next to his, and every day I learn something
very important to my education. For example, I've learned where to
find the best cupcakes in Salt Lake.
I thought it would also be
important for Vanocur's many blog readers to know that I have recently
dyed my hair brown. Some of the people in the studio did not recognize
me. Including Vanocur. I was heartbroken.
On a happier note, I
got engaged on Sunday. His name is Garrett and he's a hunk. We'll be
married on Sept. 25. Mr. Vanocur is not engaged.
The best kind
of dog is an English Retriever. However, there is an editor here at
the studio that sometimes brings his St. Bernard puppy. That is a very
cute creature and I want one.
My Birthday is tomorrow. I'm
hoping that Mr. Vanocur brings me one of those cupcakes I mentioned
earlier. Coconut is my preference. If he were to bring me a St.
Bernard puppy too, I would not complain.
Many of you may wonder
what it is like to be an intern at ABC 4. You may be wondering how it
is to associate with famous people like Chris Vanocur. Really, it's
like I'm famous, except nobody knows who I am.
Now go watch Chris Vanocur on ABC 4 at ten.
