The 2009 Utah Arts Festival is two weeks away, but the annual outdoor event kicks off next Friday with Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band. Tickets to the Summer Solstice Concert, also featuring Michael Runion who will play an in-store set at Slowtrain June 20 at 4 p.m., are available for a discounted price today from 12 p.m. to midnight. ---No service fee = more money in your pocket to blow on beer at the show or to pay rent or to purchase the headliner's new album Outer South. The possibilities are endless!
