We came, we saw, we demolished 70 lbs. of crawfish at Gus & Tony Magann's annual crawfish boil in Emigration Canyon on Saturday.
Got to meet Bowman and Viet, the owner/chefs of soon-to-open restaurant Forage. This is them foraging for mudbugs. BTW: Viet won -- hands down the best crawfish deconstructor of the bunch.
