Do you ever find it funny that we seem to hear the most from Cheney now that he is out of office?

Cheney has again come out against Obama’s shutdown of Git-mo, saying it has “Little deliberation and no plan." In Cheney's mind, keeping Git-mo alive and pretending that it’s not a problem would constitute a highly deliberated and well-thought out plan.

Cheney’s refusal to own up to—or see for that matter—the ethical quandary associated with Guantanamo Bay is understandable. But what is interesting is that even while out of office he feels it is his duty to be America’s strict schoolmaster. Cheney also seems to feel more secure in being outspoken now more than when he was the Vice-President. During that time, it seemed we hardly heard from the conniving guy. Even with Obama’s reversal on blocking the release of photos of alleged detainee abuse and his revival of the Bush-era military commissions, Cheney is still raving mad about shutting down Git-mo. Man, could you imagine being married to this guy? He just doesn't seem to understand the value in compromising.
