Warm weather is upon us and this is no time to find yourself in a grilling rut. If your grilling game has lost its luster, it's time to go back to school. For three consecutive Saturdays beginning on May 2, The No Name Gourmet (aka Chef Mike Roberts) will conduct his Advanced Grilling 2009 classes at Gygi Culinary Solutions in SLC.
Mike is a grill master and topics for Advanced Grilling 2009 include beer can chicken, kabobs, the pig, veggies, grill roasting, smoking on a Weber, two-level fires, brining, side dishes and desserts. The fee for all three grilling classes is $150, or $55 for individual classes.
