[image-1] Hometown boy Christopher Harrison is in town April 23-28 to launch his first AntiGravity Yoga franchise and lead an instructor training. A gymnast and onetime cheerleader at the University of Utah, Harrison moved to the Big Apple where he danced on Broadway and became a fitness coach. He developed a unique fitness concept that combines yoga with a sling (which he calls a hammock). Not only is it fun to do (and a challenging workout), but it is exciting to watch. He's gone on to produce and choreograph AntiGravity performances at the Obama inauguration and the 2002 Winter Games. Stay tuned for a feature on Harrison in City Weekly closer to when classes begin on May 18. But if you're interested in learning to teach the ropes (literally), contact Darlene Casanova at 801-463-9067 or via e-mail at imaginationplace@me.com.
