Salt Lake Shakespeare opens the 2015 summer season with the celebrated characters of Charles Schulz's comic strip. Although considered a “good man” by his friends, Charlie Brown can’t seem to win the heart of the “little red-haired girl.” His friend, Lucy, can’t win the heart of her crush, the piano-playing Schroeder. As Snoopy and Linus daydream, the rest of the gang encounters kites, school, baseball and misunderstandings before they finally realize what makes them happy. Music Director, Alex Marshall conducts the five-person live band that the audience will see throughout the whole performance, as part of the set design by Thomas George.
