Salt Lake City Council
Tuesday, Oct. 15
Since it costs green to make the city green, the public has been invited by the Salt Lake City Council to sound off on several sustainability policies. The council will discuss issuing bonds to fund the Sugar House streetcar as well as improvements, including a “greenway” surrounding the line. Another ordinance under review would cap the number of off-street parking spots, add bike lanes, expand regulations for bicycle parking and make other changes.
