Women, Go Forth

Kudos to Kate Kelly, et al. [“Restoring the Priesthood,” Oct. 3, City Weekly].

Hannah Wheelwright’s reference to Genesis 3:16 reminded me of something a priest once told me of an early Bible translation that gave Eve a choice between remaining in Eden and being cared for, and going into the world and learning. Eve chose to learn.

We still are.
