Generous portions of fresh ingredients comprise the large selection of lunch and dinner options at Brio Tuscan Grille. For lunch, Brio serves a large selection of bruschetta, salads, pasta and sandwiches, including an eggplant-pomodoro panini, Brio bistecca burger or grilled-chicken club. For dinner, try fresh pasta, grilled salmon, pork chops, artichoke-crusted beef medallions, lasagna, crab and shrimp cakes or seared-shrimp risotto. Kids can munch on chicken fingers, macaroni & cheese, pizza or ravioli. On weekdays, Brio offers a $2.95 Tuscan Taster bar menu, which includes Brio burgers and margherita flatbread. Enjoy an omelet, three kinds of crepes or the white-chocolate-raspberry French toast from the brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m.
