OK, you've gotta admit: This eatery is nothing if not unique. After all, at Rice 'n' Spice you'll find a interesting combination of Mexican and Indian cuisine. But, if that's not enough, it's served up in the back of a Phillips 66 gas station, giving us a new slant on gas and go. From the Indian menu, there's chicken curry, samosas, daal curry, and resha kabob and more. On the Mexican side, you'll find burritos, tortas, quesadillas, enchiladas, tostadas, tacos and Mexican soups. On top of that, for breakfast there are bagels, scones and cinnamon rolls. Wash it all down with a fresh mango lassi.
