Shabu shabu is an ancient Mongolian style of cooking, originally done over hot stones. Today, shabu shabu is accomplished via tabletop cook stoves, where customers cook their own shabu shabu selections. At Park City's Shabu Shabu restaurant, shabu shabu options include pork, chicken, vegetarian, octopus, shrimp, snow crab, mussels, salmon, Kobe beef and more. Each dish comes with assorted vegetables, udon noodles, rice and pickles. But keep in mind, when you cook up your own shabu shabu, you can't blame the chef!
