No surprise here—at It’s Tofu, you can expect to find tofu in many, many variations. The menu is essentially Korean, with killer kimchi and Korean soon dishes. Among the specialties are seafood soon tofu, Asian beef rib soon tofu, pork bulgogi soon tofu, deep-fried tofu and tofu beef teriyaki. All dishes are available in three different levels of spiciness: mild, medium and very spicy.
