Located at Park City's Kimball Junction, Molly Blooms features Irish and English fare such as Irish beef stew, bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, fish and chips, and corned beef and cabbage. But, Molly Blooms also has a vast array of American chow too. The burgers are especially popular and the Reuben sandwich is excellent. For larger appetites, there are menu items to select from such as grilled rib eye with roasted garlic-shallot butter; baby back ribs with Guinness BBQ sauce; grilled salmon with a citrus-herb glaze; and Maryland-style crab cakes. Of course, you can wash it all down with a locally-brewed beer or a fresh Guinness stout.
