I work downtown and get tired of all the regular joints so this, the Bay Leaf and Toasters are all welcome additions... I really enjoyed my visit to Vasuvios. The locally made sandwich bread was soooo good and the soup was made on site from scratch with a great selection of veggies in vegan broth. I'm not vegan but I thought it was quite good. The interior is kinda CB2 eclectic/minimal. The owner is super nice, he bent over backwards to make us happy. Try it out!
