Sapa is named for a small Northern Vietnamese market town, a melting pot of many different cultures and cuisines. Like its namesake town, Sapa Sushi & Asian Grill offers a pan-Asian selection of dishes, from sushi and sashimi to Thai-style panang salmon, clay pot stews, filet mignon with French butter, and fire cracker calamari.
Dine in the beautiful garden and you'll dine in one of the unique, antique, Vietnamese "houses," imported from Vietnam and nearly 300 years old. Despite the range of cuisines at Sapa, the focus is firmly on sushi: specialty rolls, hands rolls, nigiri and sashimi make up much of the menu and Sapa features a special sushi "happy hour" with discounted nigiri and sushi rolls.
