Pago is an intimate, farm-to-table restaurant in the bustling 9th & 9th neighborhood. Owner Scott Evans is committed to seeking out quality products from local growers, farms and artisans. Pago is also an RSA restaurant (Restaurant Supported Agriculture), meaning it invests directly in local farms, such as East Farms and Bell Organic Gardens. Vibrant beets topped with fromage blanc, orange, nut brittle and honey-wine vinegar are incredible. Ditto the chickenliver mousse spread on crostini. For lunch, give the popular croque-monsieur a try. Wines by the glass or bottle are available, and there’s a nice beer selection, too. Pago also serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
