Soul & Bones appetizers include fried pickles, fried okra and crawfish beignets. Entrees have a Louisiana leaning with dishes like etouffee, blackened chicken, shrimp and crawfish Creole, and blackened catfish. From the smoker, there are St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken and beef brisket. Yummy sides include black eyed peas, hush puppies, collard greens and dirty rice. Oh, and the peanut butter cream pie is a no-brainer!
