Mt. Fuji Sushi Bar & Japanese Cuisine is a restaurant specializing in not just sushi, but also home-style Japanese fare such as udon, tempura, teriyaki, yakitori and bento boxes. Still, the emphasis is on sushi, with some 40 specialty maki rolls to choose from, plus another 20 or so standard rolls. The exotic, appealing ambiance just adds to the good vibe at Mt. Fuji.

Great food, good prices, and really wonderful service. The owner of the restaraunt and head sushi chef, "Joe", is a charming and charismatic guy. He has put a lot of hard work into fixing up both the interior and exterior of the restaraunt, and the place looks great! The menu is frequently updated and often times there are great deals on different sushi rolls. The best times to stop by are during happy hour (really good deals!) and on karaoke nights.
I strongly recommend trying out Mt. Fuji. Joe takes great care of his customers and really makes the place special.
