Located at the base of Snowbasin Resort, Earl's Lodge is named for Snowbasin founder/owner Earl Holding. Earl's Lodge specializes in Prime rib, rotisserie chicken, hot turkey and roasted platters prepared at the carving station. California rolls, udon noodle bowls, potstickers and f stir-fry entrées, including shrimp, are features of the stir-fry station in the Dining Room of Earl's Lodge. There's also a wood-fired pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and two microbrew beers brewed especially for Earl's.
