Kids eat free on Tuesdays at Fiesta Guadalajara where, well, every day is a fiesta. Great chips and salsa and the shredded beef tacos are very popular, as well. The spicy chile verde is terrific, either as a platter or in burrito form. Chile Colorado is super-tender chunks of lean beef smothered in a rich, red sauce, with a choice of flour or corn tortillas. The chicken mole enchiladas are terrific, too. On Mondays and Tuesdays, kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree.
