Located in the Prospector neighborhood of Park City, Fuego serves sandwiches, soups, salads, appetizers, pastas, entrees and, of course, its popular wood-fired-oven pizzas in an informal, bistro setting. Start off with melt-in-the-mouth beef carpaccio or the delicious wood-fired artichokes with Asiago and Fontina cheeses before moving on to a Caprese salad or meatball fagioli. Entrees range from housemade lasagna to beef tournedos, but the real draw are the wood-fired pizzas. The Margherita is terrific, and the more adventurous might opt for the seafood pie. Back it up with a nice Italian wine, beer or even a Cosmo from the bar.
