Located in the Prospector neighborhood of Park City, Fuego serves sandwiches, soups, salads, appetizers, pastas, entrees, and of course, their popular wood-fired oven pizzas in an informal, bistro setting. Start off with melt-in-the-mouth beef carpaccio or the delicious wood-fired artichokes with Asiago and Fontina cheeses before moving on to a Caprese salad or meatball fagioli. Entrees range from homemade lasagna to beef tornados, but the real draw at Fuego are the wood-fired pizzas. The Margherita is terrific and the more adventurous might opt for the seafood pie. Back it up with a nice Italian wine, beer, or even a Cosmo from the bar.
