Formerly Wingers, The Last Samurai is a bustling, often loud Teppanyaki style Japanese restaurant where chefs dazzle with razor sharp knifes: a dinner and a show, a la Benihana. Group seating is the norm here, where options include sushi, sashimi and steaks. Located next to the Chevron in Park City's Kimball Junction, The Last Samurai is a little difficult to get to but may be worth the effort.
