Kim Long specializes in pho; there are nine different varieties. Rice platters like charbroiled lemon grass beef are very popular here, as are the rice noodle soups. The Kim Long rice noodle soup special contains barbecued pork, shrimp and crab. Fondue dishes at Kim Long include beef with vinegar broth, shrimp, squid or a combination of all three.
