Naked Fish Japanese Bistro is in the spot occupied for decades by Mikado Japanese restaurant. As you might guess from the name, Naked Fish specializes in sashimi, sushi, maki rolls, nigiri and such. Other dining options include the glazed Pacific Rim pork ribs, miso-glazed sea bass, lettuce cups, tempura and, oddly, desserts like New York cheesecake and bananas Foster. And, don’t pass up the mind-blowing Miyazaki Wagyu beef. This is the real thing: all-natural, Japanese strip loin imported from the Miyazaki prefecture on Kyushu Island. The place might be called Naked Fish, but the beef is stupendous.

I love this place! The food is so good!
