Nothing could be better on a cold winter day than Chef Tuan Vu’s incendiary hot & spicy noodle soup. For more delicate palates, try his pho. Also considerably mellower is an Indochine specialty of curried beef stew, which is absolutely delicious and served with a French baguette on the side. The calamari appetizer is served with an outrageously yummy homestyle Sriracha, and you’ll also enjoy Indochine’s barbecued short ribs, served with smoky-tasting “broken” rice and a garlic-lime dipping sauce. In warm weather, enjoy the inviting sidewalk patio.

Well I went to Indochine for the second time today and it was even more fabulous. The fresh salad rolls were amazing and the eggplant and garlic was scrumptious. If you are craving something light the lemon grass noodle salad is absolutely wonderful. However if you are looking for something more filling the general sous chicken will satisfy any appetite. Boba tea was so good it was almost dessert!
