Cows began to make ice cream in 1983 with an old-fashioned recipe that originated in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island. In fact, the secret Cows recipe dates back to the time of Anne of Green Gables and contains the same all-natural ingredients that were enjoyed by the children of Avonlea. This specialty coffee shop/ice-cream parlor attracts kids and the young at heart for laid-back counter service, homemade sandwiches, soup and a full-service bakery pumping out almond croissants & biscotti. Located near the top of Main Street in Park City's Old Town.
