They come back for generous servings of classic satays, Thai curries, salads, stir-fries and house specialties like boneless duck with red curry, salmon topped with Thai salad, stir-fried eggplant and the delectable Thai-style omelet called kai jeaw. Some of the proceeds from Pawit’s Royale Thai Cuisine help support 200 schoolchildren in a small elementary school in his home village in northern Thailand.
