Bought tickets in advance to see Snooty and the Beast .When I called in advance I requested second or third row seating on the floor. When we arrived we got seats in the right box for four. When we brought this to the attention of management they were not interested in helping us. They told me that I should have bought tickets in advance ( I did, I explained). Then they told me to go to the front desk and speak to them, we I explained that I had requested the seating on the floor when I called in advance the guy at the front desk said I probaly didnt request it when I called. ok, sure. We understood there were no more seats and the seats in this theater are close to begin with, we are used to this so we asked for a refund for our little one considering he HAD to sit on my lap for the entire show to see the play, we thought this was only fair, there was not enough room for all four of us to see the actual stage. Management said no refund on the one ticket, but we could have a free drink. I think a ticket cost more than a soda. Even my husbands seat was a strain due to a head in way during the entire play. Imagine a head in the middle of a TV screen. VERY dIssapointing. The service was even more dissapointing. Needless to say my 5 yr old and I were both uncomfortable with him sitting on my lap for the entire show .We paid for four seats and could only use three and even then it was difficult for my husband to see. When the show started they did offer us seating in the last row. Do you think the view would have been better there? We are NOT going back due to the lack of service.
