Nacho Mama’s is a casual, fun cantina, with a colorful decor, located in the Prospector district of Park City. The food is a creative interpretation of popular Mexican-style dishes, combined with unique regional specialties borrowed from throughout the Southwest. The chef features blue corn tortillas as well as distinctive chilies imported from Mexico. Specialties of the house include carne adovada, Santa Fe steak, a green chili burger, chipotle beef and pecan chicken. But the favorite dish here, hands-down, is the fish taco plate. Hang out in the adjacent Hop-n-Jalapeno Room for a game of pool and a drink.
