Food for Thought is a "bruncheon-boutique" located in the heart of Draper's Town Center. Selections here include signature salads, homemade soups, piadine (open-faced Italian flatbread sandwiches), regular sandwiches and homemade quiche. Some of the highlights from the Food for Thought menu are strawberry-chevre salad, a yummy spinach-bacon salad, Thai and Southwest piadine, spicy chipotle chicken sandwich, Caprese sandwich, turkey meatloaf, tomato parmesan soup and the artichoke pesto quiche. Food for Thought also serves breakfast, including a Welsh Rarebit sandwich, and be sure to save room for the homemade dessert of the day.

Very, very disappointed. There wasnt one positive about my experience other than the server was friendly. This was my one visit here, and it was recommended by my girlfriend. She enjoyed this place when she visited a year or more ago but not this time. The food was overpriced and wasnt good at all. We both left feeling ripped off. Not the absolute worst $25 I've spent but very close.
