Located next to the Highlander Club, Akasaka Sushi offers specialty sushi rolls to accompany a full Japanese menu. Some customers claim that this is the best sushi in all of Salt Lake City. Favorites include the California roll, Wasatch roll, Vampire roll, Candy roll and even an eggplant sushi roll. The eatery is small, but the smiles and friendliness are super-sized. They'll also make vegan food, if requested.
