Robert Redford meets Martha Stewart at this cozy-but-hip Sundance-owned eatery, opened by Redford in 1995. Zoom is casual, elegant dining in a unique setting—the old Union Pacific Depot at the bottom of Main Street in Park City. It’s hard to beat the free-range chicken fricassee after you’ve started off with the slow-roasted beets, truffle mac & cheese or the spicy Buffalo onion rings. And there’s a well-selected wine list to accompany Zoom’s rustic American cuisine.
