Pagoda has been a mainstay of downtown Salt Lake City dining for some 65 years. And, although the restaurant recently changed hands, some people say it's better than ever.�Part of the makeover is the new sushi bar.�In the past, the focus was on traditional Japanese-American food. Now, sushi is the big thing at Pagoda, with popular rolls such as the Grand Staircase, Baja, Sunset, along with tempura dishes and much more.
