Steaks are the main focus at Ruby River, of course, with influences from San Francisco to San Antonio and even home kitchens. Ruby River partners Bob Kimsey and Steve Lowe named their restaurants after a favorite fishing river in Montana, but Utah is home to Ruby River Steakhouse. Center-cut pork chops, Prime rib, rib-eye steaks, steak Oscar, the New York cut and baby back ribs are highlights for carnivores. Delicious non-steak menu items include great salads, silver salmon steak, grilled tiger prawns and the seafood fresh catch of the day. The complimentary bucket of peanuts is a welcome starter.
