The Bad Ass Coffee Company, originally started in Hawaii, is a gourmet coffee store specializing in Kona coffee grown on the mountainsides of the Hawaiian volcanoes. In addition to bagel and croissant sandwiches, which come with a choice of provolone, cheddar, and swiss cheese, Bad Ass also serves treats like cheesecake, carrot cake, pies, pastries, biscotti, cinnamon rolls and muffins.
