Located at the Red Lion Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Cafe Olympus serves up a wide range of options, from breakfast to late night dining. To get going in the AM, try the chipotle breakfast wrap or Belgium-style waffle. For lunch, the wasabi mushrooms are awesome, as is the big salad selection. From the grill, you'll choose from items such as cedar-plank salmon, Caprese chicken, pan-roasted pork porterhouse or USDA Choice rib eye steak.
