Dragon Diner is one of the few Chinese restaurant in town that does home delivery, making it a popular choice for shut-ins. Lunch specials are priced at $6.25, including egg roll or paper-wrapped chicken and fried or steamed rice. The menu is extensive, but popular items include dishes such as kung pao chicken, beef with broccoli and snow peas, chow fun, tangerine beef, black bean pork, Szechuan shrimp, egg foo young, ma bo tofu and mu shu.
They have good food. That's not the problem. The manager and employees there are RUDE. Called to ask if I could get chicken fried rice instead of ham fried rice. The manager said no because it was too much work (Exactly her words). I asked if they could do it even it I paid extra. Nope. Not budging. I told her that was bad business practice and her response was, "I don't care. It's good food." They simply don't give a damn about their customers. All they care about is making a buck. Unfortunately I will be finding a new Chinese restaurant. I simply cannot support that kind of hostility towards customers.
