For 33 years, Cowboy Grub has been rustlin' up old-fashioned cowboy-style grub. Hence, the name. Tender pot roast with pan gravy is a specialty at this homestyle restaurant, along with homemade pies. And, speaking of pies, the traditional turkey pot pie and Cornish beef pastry are really good ... and filling. We don't know if cowboys eat quiche, but you'll find it on the Cowboy Grub menu, along with chili con carne, Grandma's meatloaf, baked halibut, chicken-fried steak, barbecued beef ribs, roasted chicken and even a veggie plate for those eschewing meat.
