Located at Solitude's mid-mountain,, just a short jaunt from the Moonbeam Express lift, the Sunshine Grill is open for lunch Wednesday through Sunday during the ski season only, weather permitting, serving up quick grilled items like hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs & chili dogs. The chili con carne at Sunshine Grill really rocks, as do the spectacular mid-mountain views. A great place to grab a Murphy's Stout, but don't forget the sunscreen if you plan to linger on the deck for very long.
