Diamond Lil’s originally opened in November 1969, with a seating capacity for 32 people. Today, the restaurant can serve about 500 customers and has become a Utah landmark. The specialty of the Western-style steakhouse is succulent Prime rib. Other signature steaks include the Jesse James, Calamity Jane, Butch Cassidy, Bonnie & Clyde and the Wild Bill. And Diamond Lil’s also features a full bar, serving beer, wine and cocktails.
