Located at Brighton Ski area, Molly Green's is the mountain's bar and grill, complete with a cozy fireplace, magnificent views of the mountains and full table service. Molly's opens daily during ski season at 11 am, serving specialty plates, soups, dinners, and après ski fare. It’s located slopeside in the Brighton Manor at the base of the mountain where non-skiers also have easy access. Try the incendiary Gaz-Ex hot wings or something a bit milder, like French onion soup, burger, pizza or fish tacos.
