This Mexican restaurant serves carne asada, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and burritos at Snowbird’s Cliff Lodge. Try the chicken venganza sauteed with pasilla peppers. El Chanate is open for dinner year-round and is a great spot for après ski drinks and grub. There is an extensive tequila list—magnificent margaritas with more than 20 different tequilas—and the guys from Los Lobos have been spotted sampling them at the bar. The views are spectacular from the patio during warm weather.
