Despite its being a brewery, Desert Edge is a family friendly restaurant and pub that offers excellent lunch, dinner and late-night meals at good prices. Favorites include the French onion soup and the grilled hoisin salmon sandwich. Brewmaster Chris Haas handcrafts the Desert Edge’s beers, including the popular Utah Pale Ale. Although children are welcome, the pub primarily serves crowds of college students and others ages 21 and up.
