Owned and operated by a Czech family, the Bohemian Brewery brings an Eastern European-style brew pub to Salt Lake Valley. The always-lagered beers come in a variety of sizes, from your typical brew pub sample glasses up to the Bohemian’s “Manly” stein. The eclectic menu features authentic European goulash, pierogies and spaetzle, in addition to a Czech take on pub classics, with pilsener-battered fish & chips, a garlic burger and chicken wings. If you can make it up the stairs at the end of your meal, check out Midvale’s largest scooter museum in the loft that overlooks the dining room.

Ft. Union and State St. got lucky when this location finally found owners that made good out of this building. Still expanding to make room for the popularity of their brews, Joe and Helen have to be pleased with their investment. The pirogues are amazing, the beer superb and the bartenders, especially on tues & fri, are all so inviting that you can't help but enjoy the old time feel of a great pub. Czech upstairs for a cool colection of vepas.
