Prosecco Party @ Naked Fish
In Italy, say the folks from Adami Winery, producers of Prosecco sparkling wine, “It’s a pastime to wander from bar to bar, restaurant to restaurant, sipping Prosecco and nibbling on fresh and cooked seafood.” So, what could be more natural than pairing Prosecco with Naked Fish Japanese Bistro’s (67 W. 100 South, NakedFishBistro.com) fresh and cooked fish? That’s precisely what will happen Friday, Feb. 22, beginning with a reception and nibbles at 6 p.m. The wine-pairing dinner will feature sashimi, nigiri and yakitori paired with four Adami wines, from “bone-dry to dry to off-dry to Adami’s famed Vigneto Giardino bottling” from the appellation’s first designated Cru site. Please note that this event is not a sushi dinner, and no rolls will be served. The cost per person for dinner is $45, plus $25 for the optional wine pairings. For reservations, phone Naked Fish at 801-595-8888.
