Thanks for the great reviews of our local restaurants [“Weber Weekend,” Jan. 27, City Weekly]. I happened to be at John Paul today, and ate at Zucca Trattoria (five minutes from my house) in the past two weeks. My daughter and her boyfriend, visiting from New York, have high restaurant standards and love Zucca’s. They also love John Paul.

The boyfriend has yet to eat at the Shooting Star Saloon, so we’ll try for the next visit. Thanks again for covering the Ogden area.
